Squirrel removal in Minnesota
Squirrels in the house?
Squirrels are a serious problem once they get inside. They chew their way in, nest in insulation and can cause damage inside and outside the home. We remove both ground and flying squirrels and close the way in.

Signs
How to tell it is squirrels.
- Scurrying and scratching in the attic in the early morning
- Chewed holes at the roofline, soffit or vents
- Nesting material or shredded insulation
- Squirrels running from branches onto the roof
Where we find them

Why squirrels come back
Squirrels chew. A small gap becomes an entrance, and an entrance gets used again by the next squirrel. Removal on its own rarely holds. The entry points have to be sealed.
How we handle it
We remove the squirrels humanely, then seal the openings at the roofline, vents and siding. Where branches give them a route onto the roof, we point it out as part of the exclusion plan.
Flying squirrels
Flying squirrels are active at night and easy to mistake for other animals. We handle them as well as ground squirrels.
Questions
Squirrel questions, answered.
How did squirrels get into my attic?
Most often through a gap at the roofline, a soffit, a roof vent or a damaged spot they chewed open. Trees close to the house give them an easy route.
Will you repair the hole they made?
Yes. Caulk and sealing, screen installation and attic restoration are all part of our repair work.
